Molecular virologist with doctoral research experience at ICMR-NITVAR focused on HIV-1 pathogenesis, virus-host non-coding RNA interactions, and antiviral strategies. Expertise spans elucidating how HIV-1 dysregulates host miRNA networks, oxidative stress responses, and mitochondrial function, complemented by hands-on experience in cell-based infection models, molecular assays, systems biology analyses, and nanoparticle-mediated drug-delivery platforms. Authored/co-authored 12 peer-reviewed articles and 2 filed patents. Seeking a postdoctoral position to advance mechanistic understanding of virus-host interactions and contribute to the development of novel antiviral therapies.
